“We have known Dylan & Shannon for at least 3 years. I met her when I had to put my mother’s house up for sale because we had to put her into assisted living. I originally had another realtor but she was just leaving on maternity leave and she recommended Shannon who at the time took over her clients or helped her out and that was the best choice we ever made!

Shannon not only was a super friendly girl but she bent over backwards from the word get-go. I had so many issues and questions with that house and I had no one to turn to because now my only brother who should have been there to help me and always did that kind of stuff ended up having a massive stroke; so needless to say I was literally on my own. But then there was Shannon who was always there for me every hurdle we faced she took the reins and helped us through it, it was such a burden off our shoulders. We never would have gotten through the sale without her.

Then came the time we knew my brother could no longer be on his own and he too ended up in assisted living long side my mother. So again we turned to Shannon who so graciously just jumped in to help us yet again and this time she went over and above the call of duty which wasn’t even her job but she chose to look after us yet again she never left us high and dry.

My brother’s home was a worse disaster than my mother’s, he had major issues with his house. We were totally stressed out and devastated and Shannon said don’t worry well look after it well get it done right. In steps her husband Dylan most lovable super friendly man and was more than willing to do the fixer uppers for us that we needed or he checked into the problems for us to see what could be done!

Again we had no clue what to do or who to turn to and Shannon and Dylan stepped in and handled it all and again we got the house sold and we could rest easily! Once again that wonderful couple went over and above what any realtor we have ever dealt with has ever done. We never expected this kind of service from a realtor.

So we would like to say once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did for us and your kind and hard work in getting things done quickly smoothly and most of all everything was legal!
